Mastres Marketing ("we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered voice receptionist services for plumbing businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our Services, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, estimated call volume, and any business details you share when configuring the Services.
Call information: when the Virtual Receptionist answers a call on your behalf, it may capture the caller's name, contact details, and the reason for calling, as well as a transcription and/or recording of the call (if recording is enabled).
SMS & messaging data: when we send SMS or text messages to you regarding appointments, onboarding, and go-live status through our A2P 10DLC-registered messaging account, we may collect your phone number, message content, delivery status, and opt-out preferences. We maintain A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration, opt-out records, and SMS consent records as required under the TCPA and carrier rules.
Usage data: logs, call timestamps, and technical data such as device or network information used to operate and improve the Services.
